At TeamFirst, we’re all about bringing together exceptional talent and industry leaders, and our recent event with Notion Japan was no exception. On November 14th, we hosted an exclusive gathering of 25 bilingual professionals from top SaaS companies like AWS, Google, Salesforce, OpenAI, and Databricks. Held at Schmatz, the Modern German beer restaurant, the evening was filled with incredible insights, connections, and inspiration.

Career Opportunities

We are exploring Notion’s ambitious growth plans and opportunities for sales professionals in roles like Account Executive (AE), Customer Success (CS), and Sales Development Representative (SDR). This event created a unique space for candidates and companies to connect in person, fostering genuine conversations and mutual understanding—far beyond the transactional nature of traditional hiring processes.

A Collaborative Journey with Notion

While this was TeamFirst’s first official partnership with Notion, TeamFirst’s connection with them goes back to 2020. Shoutout to our amazing community members Marius, Eleanor, and Helena, who first introduced TeamFirst to Notion and made us a fan!

In 2022, we hosted a Discord event featuring Tzu-San, who later joined Notion and introduced us to Katsu and Keisuke from the Japan team. Fast forward to today, and one of our standout community members, Anna, is now part of Notion’s recruiting team. This partnership truly feels like a full-circle moment and family affair!
