Tiffany Kayo

Tiffany grew up between the Kansai area in Japan, the U.S. (Hawaii, Las Vegas, and San Diego), and Spain, giving her a rich multicultural background. She earned a BA in Computer Science and Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Clark University and spent her final college year studying at the London School of Economics. After graduating, Tiffany joined Morgan Stanley as an equity swaps sales trader. Her experience in coding and human-computer interaction research, along with her trading career, helped her recognize her strengths at the intersection of technology, business, and finance.

She now works as an investor at Coral Capital, where she is particularly passionate about consumer tech, AI, and defense tech. While backing Japan's legendary companies, she also hopes to be a bridge between Japan and the world. TeamFirst has been an incredibly unique community and a place to meet people with diverse backgrounds connected to Japan.
