TeamFirst Sports Leadership Salon

​This leadership salon gathers a small group of senior, bilingual professionals for an informal evening discussion on the future of global sports leadership.

​The conversation will touch broadly on themes shaping the industry today, including global brand growth, fan engagement, and commercial innovation, without structured talks or formal panels. The format is deliberately conversational, creating space for participants to exchange perspectives, experiences, and insights in a relaxed, high-trust setting.

​Hosted by TeamFirst, Japan’s most connected bilingual leadership community, the evening is designed to foster genuine dialogue and meaningful connections among leaders who are actively shaping, or adjacent to, the global sports ecosystem in Japan. TeamFirst brings together more than 900 globally minded professionals and hosts 30 to 50 curated gatherings annually, ranging from intimate leadership salons to collaborations with companies such as Red Bull, PGA, Bayern Munich, and Nippon Pickleball. Our community serves as a trusted ecosystem where companies engage senior talent and where bilingual professionals access opportunities not available on the open market.
