About the role

Full-time position

 

The Recruitment Consultant will play a crucial role in our recruitment efforts, bringing expertise and creativity to maximize placements with our client companies. You'll manage the full recruitment cycle and contribute significantly to our growth.

How you will succeed:

  • Develop recruitment strategies: Attract qualified candidates through effective strategies focused on high-volume placements.

  • Manage recruitment cycle: Handle job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.

  • Network: Build relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to ensure a steady pipeline.

  • Collaboration: Skilled in collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across various teams and functions to champion talent development, improve efficiency, and boost productivity.

  • Analyze metrics: Track recruitment metrics and improve processes to increase placement success.

  • Organization: Excellent organizational, project, task, and administrative skills

  • Ensure positive candidate experience: Communicate clearly and provide timely

    feedback to candidates.
